When you find yourself feeling stressed and overwhelmed, give this simple breathing exercise a try. Practice this at least twice a day and you just might find yourself feeling some relief!
Stress-Relieving Breathing Exercise
Repeat this sequence of breaths 4 times:
- Blow all of your air out
- Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
- Hold the breath for 7 seconds
- Blow out through your mouth for 8 seconds
