Motivation Monday.

I can’t even begin to tell you how often I hear the excuse “…but I don’t have time to exercise…” When you decide to make your health a priority in your life, it’s amazing how you suddenly do have time. Not because we suddenly have more time in the day; but rather, because we make time in the day.

Stop using the excuse “I don’t have time.”

MAKE time this week. Time to exercise. Time to take care of yourself.
