Do you ever find that you perform better with a cute new outfit on? I swear – cute, new workout clothes make me run faster, run farther, lift heavier, and do more reps. Who’s with me on that?? Yeah, I figured most of you were! For that reason, I’ve decided to do this post on (fitness) fashion! Below are my favorite recent fitness fashion finds (say that ten times fast!) that will have you performing at your peak! Or at least you’ll look good doing it 😉
Bottoms:
I love my standard black Zella ‘Live-In Streamline’ Reversible Mesh Inset Capris to work out in. Seriously, I wear them all the time! They fit well and are super comfortable for any workout or run. But what I love even more, is that they come in these super cute colors & patterns for this summer!

As for shorts, my go-to’s are typically Nike Tempo Shorts, which I love for running. And they come in a huge variety of fun color combinations to spice things up! I also love my Nike Women’s Epic Run Boy Shorts. That being said, I’m currently crushing these new CALIA by Carrie Underwood shorts!

Tanks/Tees/Tops:
I’m a big fan of racer back style tanks when I work out. They allow for free movement and I never feel restricted.

A sleeveless top or a tee can take you anywhere from a hike to running errands. I have the Zella tee below, and I love it! Totally crushing this Nike ‘Club Mezzo’ tie hem tee!

And for when there’s a chill in the early AM or late PM, a lightweight, long sleeve shirt like this (with thumb holes – I gotta have the thumb holes!) is all you need.
Shoes:
When I go for long runs, I like to wear my Mizuno Wave Riders. The ones I currently wear are very similar to this newer version – dark gray/black/mint.
