Today, I want to let you know how quick & easy it can be to fit a workout into your day. I’m going to let you in on a little secret. Ready? Here it is…
There are many days that I don’t even step foot in the gym – I workout at home!
Yes, it’s true. Most days are crazy busy, so I squeeze in my workouts whenever and wherever I can – and often times, that means first thing in the morning in my living room. Now, I know some people like to make fun of at-home workout DVDs, saying that they are easy or don’t provide a good workout. Let me tell you, if you get the right ones, they certainly aren’t easy and provide a great workout! I end up drenched in sweat by the end of most. I definitely feel (and see!) the results. What’s even better… you can get your workout done in as little as 25 minutes! No commuting time to the gym. And for those of you who aren’t comfortable working out in a gym yet, this is a great way to get your heart pumping in the comfort of your own home.
So, no more excuses! Go buy yourself some dumbbells, a mat, and a couple of these DVDs.
