Motivation Monday.

Often times, people think of all the reasons why a switch to a healthier lifestyle won’t work: “I don’t have time”, “I travel too much”, “It’s too expensive”. Stop focusing on all those reasons why you can’t/won’t. Focus on just one reason why you can do it/why it will work: “I want to live a long and healthy life”, “I want to keep up with my kids”, “I want to look good in a bikini”, “I want to lower my risk of diabetes”. Whatever the reason is for you, focus on that one reason why it WILL work and why you CAN do it.
